Main well – known projects are: Shopping Centre on the Left Bank in Kiev, Business Park on the Left Bank in Kiev, SPA & Conference village on highway in Kiev, Exclusive Prestige community of villas on the River Dniepr, 5* Hotel and Apartments complex in the city center, Residential project next to Goloseevskiy Park, Logistic Park on the way to the Airport , Podol Office center etc.

Currently the Group is checking its opportunities in real estate projects in Belarus.

2001-2007

Сo-founder of First Ukrainian Development company. (Currenty known as DeVision) Among the basic projects: Shopping Center in Stolichnoe Shosse, Residental projects in Bazhana Ave., and Sribnokilskaya St. on the Left Bank, two5- five star hotel complexes in the city center and Golf Community in Koncha Zaspa.

Developed national network of fastfood restaurants on bus stops in Israel. When network achieved 81 units, business was sold to strategic investor. Was involved is few retail and recycling projects in several public companies.

Held official license of MGM for Israel . Working in the food industry: manufacturing and supply of deepfreeze bakery food to supermarket network, developing mini – bakeries chain. When reaching peak – point, the business was sold to strategic investor.
