NBU defined which banks should get refinancing 24.11.2008
National bank of Ukraine decided to give refinancing for one year only banks which registered in a form of JSC with fund not less than 500 million hryvnas. It is said in resolution NBU №367 from 11 November.
In resolution is said that when banks ask for refinancing should be noticed the information about deposits and returning credits in time.
In giving year refinancing could be taken shares in a bulk 5% from their nominal capital, and operative support of refinancing banks could get if as a pledge they give shared not less than 51% of their nominal capital.
According to NBU №328 from 16 October 2008, in case of decreasing the bulk of urgent deposits in bank on 2% during 5 working days, bank could address to NBU for relief the liquidity in a range; it could be 60% of nominal capital for 1 year to 15% annual.
