In Russia will not be done planned bulks of property construction 19.12.2008
In 2008 in Russia will not be done planned bulks of property construction, which were foreseen by long lasting strategy of mass construction. Because of crisis in construction area, there will be less properties than last year, what was not notices since the end of 90-s last year.
According to the data of Russian union of constructors, during 2008 will be placed in construction not less than 3 million apartments, general square will not increase 600 million sq. ft.
Decreasing prices for property in Shanghai was 19,5% 16.12.2008
Construction market in case of its failure could slow down the development of Asian countries and has negative influence in general for world economic.
Prices for property in three centers of China – Shanghai, Shengene and Guangou – are falling. In the third quarter of the current year the decreasing of prices in Shanghai was 19,5%. Such tendencies are on the city Shengene and Guangou.
In general in the country the bulks of construction of residential and commercial property decreased on October on 16,5%. For the same period 2007 was the growth on 32,5%.
The predictions of experts: credits come back in summer 2009 16.12.2008
Credits to private clients in Ukraine for the sum more than 30000 hrivnas almost disappear. According to the forecasts of experts, this situation will continue minimum to the middle of 2009.
Sales of property in Moscow fell in 10 times 9.12.2008
In comparison with summer 2008 the bulk of realized property in Moscow decreased in 10 times.
According to the research of analytic center “Income-Property”, during the November big construction companies could sell by 5 apartments in Moscow region. In the summer of the current year, the average level of sales was 50 apartments per month. On September sales decreased approximately in two times. Analytics were based upon the data of transactions of biggest parts of market where was 70% of property in the region.
Cost of typical apartments in Riga decreased on 6,5% 9.12.2008
On November of current year the cost of typical apartments in Riga decreased on 6,5% in comparison with October - 1160 euro per 10 sq. ft. to 1085 euro.
In average the cost of one bedroom apartment fell on November on 3,8% in comparison with October , to 1120 euro per 10 sq. ft. Two bedrooms apartments became cheaper to 1080 euro per 10 sq. ft., three bedrooms to 1065 euro per 10 sq. ft. Apartments with big square are not popular – four bedrooms apartment cheaper to 1000 euro per 10 sq. ft.
On the primary market of Crimea sold 58 plots 2.12.2008
For the period from January to October 2008 on the primary market AR Crimea were sold plots with total square 89 acres for the sum 33,26 million hryvnas. It was informed by deputy manager the department of estimation and organizing the land market, Ekaterina Ratanova.
29,934 million hryvnas from the total sum go to the local budget, 3,326 million hryvnas – to state budget of Ukraine. Ratanova said that for the same period 2007 in Crimea were sold 57 plots with total square 86 acres for the sum 33 million hryvnas.
The quest for property in Montenegro is falling down 2.12.2008
In Montenegro the bulks of property sales decreased in two times in comparison with 2007.
This situation is visible in Budve where for the first ten months of the current year were made 1700 transactions what on 42,7% less than last year. Except this, according to the data of the local real estate agencies, quest for residential property in regions which are to the south from Budva and Boka Kotorska also decreasing.
The cost of apartments on the cost is decreased and now is 1200-1500 euro per 10 sq. ft.

Yalta and Simferopol will be connected by subway 24.11.2008
Till 2025 Yalta is tend to built subway which connects it with Simferopol. It was informed by main architect of Big Yalta Andrew Kudelin.
According to the press service of Yalta state union, subway will connect airport and railway station of Simferopol with Yalta. This subway will be made to ease the road to tourists. According to architects this transport let to drive 15000 passengers per hour.
Accept this is planning to build two new big rope roads on Ai-Petri and two small, which connect South coast with Sevastopol.
NBU defined which banks should get refinancing 24.11.2008
National bank of Ukraine decided to give refinancing for one year only banks which registered in a form of JSC with fund not less than 500 million hryvnas. It is said in resolution NBU №367 from 11 November.
In resolution is said that when banks ask for refinancing should be noticed the information about deposits and returning credits in time.
In giving year refinancing could be taken shares in a bulk 5% from their nominal capital, and operative support of refinancing banks could get if as a pledge they give shared not less than 51% of their nominal capital.
